Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

What conditions do I need for a return/exchange?
We will gladly accept returns and refunds under certain conditions:
- You email us to start the exchange process within 20 days of receiving the parcel.
- The item(s) you have received are damaged/incorrect/missing. Please email us immediately with photos and your order number.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For orders with incorrect item(s), we will send the correct item(s) along with a return slip for the unopened received item(s).
- We are not responsible for refunds where the buyer has provided an incorrect shipping address or undeliverable address. However we will gladly re-ship the item but will have to charge an additional shipping cost.

No refunds/returns on orders with no issues.
We DO NOT accept refunds or returns on orders that were sent with the exact items as ordered or have no damage.
If you have ordered an item by mistake or would still like an exchange please reach out within the 20-day return window so we can review your order.

How will my refund be issued?
Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
No refunds on sale items or gift cards.

When will my order arrive?
USA Shipping Rates:
Economy: 5-8 business days
Standard: 2-5 business days
International Shipping Rates:
Unfortunately due to the current tariff situation we are not offering international orders at this time. But we hope to do so soon in the future!
*Please note: due to the holidays there may be a delay in shipping times, please allow a few extra days for delivery. If you have any concerns, questions, or believe your order is missing contact us right away at 2tigersartshop@gmail.com!
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Upon shipment of your order you will receive a shipment email and tracking number.
My order hasn't arrived or was misdelivered...what should I do?
Please check the status of your package via your tracking number first as there is sometimes a tracking delay if the item doesn't get scanned before it starts moving through the system. You can also contact your local post office for further information. If this fails please contact us so we can look into your order!
Oh no...I put in the wrong address!
If you believe you put in the wrong shipping address please contact us as soon as possible at 2tigersartshop@gmail.com.
Please note that if you have already received your shipping confirmation, and your order has been shipped, it may not be possible for us to intercept the package. If you require a change of address once an order has shipped, you may be responsible for any carrier fees for change of address.

Who makes the products?
All artworks are original creations by Tessa and Mik!
The majority of our products are then printed and fulfilled through Printify or Printful, our stickers our ordered and fulfilled by the artists.
Can I cancel my order?
If you've changed your mind about your order, please contact us immediately at 2tigersartshop@gmail.com so we can cancel and refund your order prior to shipment.
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed and shipped we are no longer able to cancel it. But please contact us if you would still like to return or exchange the item.
